New Zealand

New Zealand also known as “Aotearoa” (Land of the long white cloud) is an island country in the southwestern Pacific Ocean. New Zealand is also referred as 100% pure NZ for its pristine environment. The country geographically comprises two main landmasses ‒ that of the North and South Islands. The population is 4.5 million for a country with landmass bigger than England. According to a United Nations 2011 survey, it is among the top 5 in the world on quality of life.

As English is the day-to-day language in NZ, students find it very easy to study, live and interact in NZ. The country is blessed with nature, pristine beaches, stunning coastlines, landscapes that captured the imagination of people in the movie “Lord of the Rings”, numerous nature walks, glaciers and most importantly the friendliest people.
